Part 1: Dan Whipple will share how to use accident investigations to strengthen safety culture—not assign blame. Learn to identify root causes, distinguish between behavior and system failures, and apply real-world lessons.
Part 2: Mariam Owens of VOSHA will guide you through workplace hazard assessment to help prevent incidents before they happen.
